Recent presentations (Athens and Istanbul) and Roadmap
15 July 2008
Two presentations of Transifex took place the past month. One was TechCrunch Athens, a meet-up for new technologies with a crowd of 300. The second one was at GUADEC 2008 (GNOME conference) in Istanbul. Feedback from both audiences was very positive and new excitement is in the air.
In a somewhat unrelated note, Dimitris Glezos has posted a Roadmap proposal on the mailing list.

Integrating Vertimus with Transifex
17 June 2008
Work is in progress for integrating Vertimus into Transifex, and having both tools' features in a single place (related thread). Vertimus adds a lightweight workflow management layer for translations, and is in use already by the French GNOME team. We hope its inclusion in our feature set can help translators work better in teams.
New development branch
13 June 2008
We now have a main development branch for the new features and major work (related mail).

Moving upstream!
15 May 2008
Transifex development now takes place upstream, on transifex.org. This way we can have better tools and more projects and teams to participate (related blog post).
